This past weekend, the Raintree Condominium Association held its annual meeting at the clubhouse. A good number of residents showed up to talk about important concerns facing the condominium.

The meeting began with a brief overview from the president, who pointed out some of the association's accomplishments over the past year.

Residents of Raintree, we're excited to provide/sharing/giving you an update on the much-anticipated landscaping project! We have made/are making/will be making some great progress over the past few weeks. Our team has been hard at work/busy working/dedicated to the task of planting/laying down/installing new flowers, shrubs, and trees throughout the community.

The newly planted/recently installed/freshly landscaped areas are already looking/appearing/beginning beautiful, and we can't wait for you to see/enjoy/witness the full transformation once everything has had a chance to grow/mature/settle in.

We understand/recognize/appreciate that there may be some temporary inconvenience/disruption/change during construction. We are working hard to minimize/reduce/limit any impact on residents and will keep/are keeping/continue to keep you updated on our progress/throughout the project/every step of the way.
